If you are unable to play on a particular Wednesday due to unavoidable circumstances then please contact the appropriate person at the school you are supposed to be playing, at least a week in advance so that it can be rearranged for sometime during that week. If you are unable to rearrange the match for sometime during the same week then maximum points will be awarded to the team that could play the match when scheduled.
